Tina Brown

CEO & Projects Lead


Tina is an expert within the education sector; in particular, the opening and management of new and existing schools, inclusive of implementing and analysing financial feasibility studies.

Starting her professional career in investment and mortgage sales within the banking industry, Tina’s pivotal shift to education happened 20 years ago through her work as a School Bursar and later in the strategic arena leading the Schools Financial Team for her local government. In 2004, she moved to private school consultancy and in a natural career trajectory, opened her own company in 2007.

Mark Tadman



Mark has worked to deliver education services for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in the sector.

Previously his career had been in the private sector working for large IT organisations that delivered services for thousands of users. Mark’s move to education began with his passion to provide improved ICT services for schools, acknowledging that staff and students required corporate standard infrastructure and systems to enable excellent teaching and learning.

Paul Grisewood

Projects Director


Paul has worked as a school leader and is familiar with independent and international schools in many countries including Australia, UK, the Middle East and Japan.

He has worked in private, independent and international schools as a teacher, Deputy, Head of Primary, Principal, Director and CEO. He has also had the privilege of being a school governor and a Proprietor of an independent school in the UK.

Paul currently enjoys supporting a variety of Independent and International schools and organisations with marketing, school improvement, reviews and audits, governance, executive search recruitment and business operations, to ensure their viability in the long term.

Lisa Kelly

Education Specialist


Lisa is a school finance & business professional with over 17 years’ experience working in, and providing consultancy for, schools to maximise their resources and deliver world-class teaching and learning.

Lisa is adept in providing strategic financial management training, including the preparation of management accounts, development and implementation of school improvement and creating business plans in conjunction with relevant teams.

Richard Page

Operations Director


Richard leads the development and support of SBS Online, the first budget & staff management solution for the international market.

During his career in the financial services sector, Richard has worked in a number of key service delivery and project management roles, specialising in software development and back office system improvement. With a wealth of experience working for global investment banking firms, he understands the importance and impact of reliable, user-friendly software and the valuable, accurate data it provides the end-user.

Graham Gould

IT & Procurement Specialist


Graham is an experienced project manager and technician in the education sector.

An innovator and a tenacious team leader, throughout his successful career at SBS Graham has been instrumental in the completion of infrastructure projects and the smooth running of multiple ICT managed services.

Being both edtech savvy and adept in maximising an allocated budget, Graham’s projects make a significant impact on school teaching and learning, whether this is part of an ICT installation for a new school project or an ongoing managed service to improve school operations.

Anne Frazer

Finance & Business


An experienced and highly effective education finance professional, Anne oversees a range of business management projects and managed services for SBS schools in Dubai and the UK.

Anne has a wealth of strategic and software knowledge, delivering training, consultancy and Service Desk support to both senior school staff and the internal SBS team.

A recent example of Anne’s expertise is her finance systems and support for Riverston School Dubai, where she enabled the school finance team to save time and maximise its resources by providing software installation and training for Sage for Education.
